participate in the events offered at UTA Cologne GmbH. I am aware that the seminars and individual sessions offered by UTA Cologne GmbH are not medical assistance in the classical medical sense, but are a framework for the personal growth of the participants. I commit myself to respect the rules and instructions of the seminar management and the house.
With regard to clause 1 of this agreement, I hereby release UTA Cologne GmbH, the responsible seminar leader and his assistants as well as all entrusted third parties from all possible claims for damages of a material or immaterial nature.
The use of drugs or mind-expanding substances (hallucinogens, tranquilizers, etc.) is not permitted.
In order to protect the personality and privacy of each individual event participant, I undertake not to make any visual or audio recordings without the prior consent of all participants and UTA Cologne GmbH. I undertake to maintain confidentiality about all events and information that become known in the course of the event - regardless of whether they concern the participants, the trainer or the assistants. I will treat the personality and privacy of other people with respect.
UTA Cologne GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from a seminar if the seminar proves to be unsuitable for the participant. The participation fee will be refunded on a pro rata basis.
In case of disregard of instructions and rules of UTA Cologne GmbH, we reserve the right to exclude participants from an event. No refund of participation fees will be made.
In the event of cancellation on the part of the participant, the cancellation conditions signed by the participant shall apply.
