Learning how to relax teaches us how to improve both our health and the quality of our lives. Many symptoms of stress can be avoided through prevention. In fact they can be reduced or indeed completely overcome.
This in-depth training qualifies the participants to teach both progressive muscle relaxation and autogenic training, as well as enabling them to support others in solving possible problems in their learning process.
The participants of the training will learn the theory as well as the practice and experience the practical exercises themselves.
The respective relaxation methods will both be presented, developed and also practised.
On completion of the training the participants will be in a position to offer relaxation courses and be able to teach and bring across progressive muscle relaxation and autogenics.
