We began our dance of life at conception from the capacity of one cell that grew into an amazing wise body. As we re-integrate this mysterious unfolding we understand our uniqueness and being part of a bigger picture. We have all that we need to grow, heal and be whole. By exploring embryological development processes we remember and return to our place of origin, where our dance began. We discover the primal roots of our structure, perception, responsiveness and presence.

This will be an experiential journey through our embryological development using movement, dance, visualization, touch and dialogue. Our dance of life began in a place without words. By consciously awakening our original language of movement and touch we can perceive and understand an unfolding that came from a place of space where there was no head, and which moved into being in a form… a human body.

Engaging with the dance of the embryo supports our patterning of movement and perception, oriented on re-establishing whatever is applicable and healthy for us today and letting go of what may have been unconsciously absorbed and is no longer relevant. We will be exploring how the body contains structures that support and inform us of our life potential. Finding our relationship with gravity underlies all movement patterns and grounding, exploring the process of embodiment through all our cells and tissues of boundaries offers containment and space informs us of our health. A place to take care, being nourished and remember the potency of fluids. We will recognize the development of a calm and quiet central axis and explore the balance of being and doing that offers support for our healthy movement today. Even though the actual physical embryo is not here, the mystery of consciousness is that the process still remains and we can be experientially informed of the unfolding of a dimension that is timeless.
