Our guest rooms are always pre-reserved for course participants at the weekend, but they can also be booked by other visitors at short notice.
All of our rooms, whether single or twin bedrooms with shared bathroom or one-room flats, are simple clean and comfortable.
We have a choice of possibilities in different price categories. The prices are all per person, per day and without breakfast.
UTA guest apartment
3 double rooms: €20,- per person/day
1 small single room: € 25,- per day
The bathroom/WC are shared by all the guests.
Lotus guest apartment
2 double rooms: € 20 or € 25,- per person/day
1 single room: € 34,- per day
The bathroom/WC and kitchen are shared by all the guests.
Eckhart apartment (a 1-minute walk from the UTA)
1 single room with shared bathroom/WC: € 34,- per day
1 single room with en-suite bathroom/WC: € 40,- per day
1 three-bed room with shared bathroom/WC: € 20,- per person/day
E-apartment
Single roomed apartment with kitchenette, shower-bath/WC and balcony overlooking the inner courtyard of the UTA.
€ 45,- per day for one person
€ 28,- per person/day as a double room
In both the UTA guest apartment and Eckhart apartment, a small refrigerator and a kettle are provided for guests.
The room you book will be available to you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival to
12 noon on the day of departure.
When you register at reception, a €25 deposit for the keys is required.
If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the reservation date, the price of the accommodation will be charged if the room is unable to be otherwise let.
Arrival and room reservation is possible up until 10 p.m. A later arrival time is only possible following prior agreement with reception.
And if you enjoy your stay with us, you can also book a room before or after a seminar: to relax, to meditate in the UTA, or simply to go shopping in Cologne city centre.
